Mango Sunshine Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup chilled cooked cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 1 scoop BioChem 100% Whey Sugar Free Coconut Protein Powder
  • 1 pitted date
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric (optional)

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut or shaved fresh coconut
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sliced unsalted almonds

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender of food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice. Makes 1 smoothie bowl.
