Mango Sunshine Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon plain unsweetened almond milk
- 1½ cups frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup chilled cooked cauliflower
- 2 tablespoon coconut butter
- 1 scoop BioChem 100% Whey Sugar Free Coconut Protein Powder
- 1 pitted date
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric (optional)
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut or shaved fresh coconut
- 1 tablespoon toasted sliced unsalted almonds
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender of food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice. Makes 1 smoothie bowl.
