Mocha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 oz organic firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoon raw cashew butter
  • 3 teaspoon raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops BioChem 100% Whey Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1½ teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 pitted date
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon lucuma powder (optional)

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon toasted chopped unsalted hazelnuts
  • ¾ teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice. Makes 1 smoothie bowl
