Simple Greens Breakfast Smoothie
Frozen bananas make smoothies rich and thick (not icy). Ample amounts of fresh greens make this the most nutritious breakfast ever.
- 2 small frozen bananas, broken into 1-inch chunks
- 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
- 2 cups packed kale, spinach, chard or Romaine lettuce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 scoops BioChem Greens and Whey Protein Powder
Place all ingredients in blender and process until completely smooth. Thin to desired consistency with 1/2 to 1 cup water. Serves 2.
